The desk clerk provided helpful restaurant recommendations. The evening bartender was very friendly. The breakfast included yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit, a nice start to each day. The hotel's garden added a peaceful vibe to the mornings.

the hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. they allowed us to eat breakfast before the regular time. i also liked that the air conditioning worked very well.
the hallways were being heated even when it was relatively cool outside. our room became very warm and uncomfortable. opening the window led to insects entering the room, so that was not an option.

i enjoyed the helpful staff and the quiet location. i found the garden patio good, especially for breakfast. the hotel's decor seemed warm and authentic. the bed was very comfortable. i appreciated the proximity to san marco square, a short walk, yet the hotel was tucked away in a quiet alleyway.
the room was a bit small, particularly the bathroom.
